Pickup Terms
Pickup Location:
If clients opt for pickup, collection must be done strictly at Mographic’s location during opening hours only.
Vehicle Requirement:
Clients are requested to arrive with a vehicle to facilitate the collection of their orders. If the order is large, the client must take full responsibility for carrying the order or arranging an appropriate vehicle for transportation.
Payment Terms:

If there is a remaining balance, the client is required to settle the payment immediately after pickup, either via cash or MCB Juice.

If payment is made in cash, the client must ensure they bring the exact change, as we may not always have change available.
Responsibility:
Once the order is handed over during pickup, Mographic is no longer liable for any damage or loss of the product.
Parking & Notification:
As parking is currently unavailable at our location, clients are requested to inform us at least one day prior to their pickup. This allows us to pack your order in advance, helping to avoid traffic or inconvenience caused by the inability to park.
