Doorstep Delivery:

Mographic hires a third-party company to handle all logistics and deliveries. Once your order is ready, the delivery team collects it from Mographic and plans their deliveries according to their schedule.

Delivery Timeframe:

The delivery timeframe after collection from Mographic ranges between 2-7 days. This may vary based on factors such as:

Your delivery address
Whether it is a peak or off-peak season
Traffic conditions in your area
Other factors affecting the delivery team’s operations

Payment Terms:

Clients are strictly requested NOT to settle the remaining balance with the delivery team. All outstanding balances must be paid directly to Mographic within 24 hours after delivery.

Responsibility:

While Mographic ensures orders are dispatched on time, we are not liable for delays caused by the third-party delivery team or unforeseen circumstances.
