Scope of Services: Mographic provides design, printing, signage, and delivery services as described on our website.
Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once full payment or a deposit or a minimum 50% is received.
Design Approval: Clients must review and approve designs before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
Custom Orders: For custom designs, clients must provide clear instructions and details.

Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are valid for 7 days. Prices may vary after this period.
Payment Terms: Full payments are sometimes required before production starts. We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and cash.
Additional Costs: Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional fees.

Production Timeframe: Normally within 20-30 days upon confirmation or a customized order.
Delivery Coverage: We deliver across Mauritius using our logistics partners. Delivery fees are applicable unless otherwise stated.
Delays: Mographic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.

Ownership of Designs: Designs created by Mographic remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they own the rights to any materials they provide (e.g., logos, images). Mographic is not liable for copyright infringement.
Reproduction Rights: Mographic reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests not to share before the order is placed.

Color Accuracy: We strive for accurate color reproduction; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in devices, materials, and printing processes.
Product Inspection: Clients must inspect products upon delivery. Claims for defects or discrepancies must be made within 24 hours.

Liability: Mographic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Client Errors: We are not responsible for errors in designs approved by the client (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect details).

Client Information: Personal information provided during orders will only be used for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Data Storage: Mographic may retain design files for future use.

Changes to Terms: Mographic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Mographic reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to verify the latest prices through WhatsApp before placing an order.
